It uses open C tuning and starts out in the key of C Mixolydian. It also uses C Melodic Minor. Jim uses a lot of hammer-ons and pull-offs. The tricky part is to figure out the subtle shifts needed so that you are in position to execute the pull offs. I will leave it to you to figure out what works best. This is a very fast piece that is in 6/8 time. Don't worry if you can't play it at Jim's speed. It sounds just as nice at a slower tempo. Hope you enjoy it. Robert Walker
